1 - This week, ignoring the protests of thoughtful community members, our city council voted to make recycling from a trash can or dumpster a misdemeanor ($500 fine and up to 6 months in jail). So the second half of your picture was just outlawed here by the first half. Wow. (Comment this)

5 - the city counsel should be embarrased of doing this to the poor. i had to find a visual in which i could write more in depth for an english essay i have to do and as soon as i saw it i wanted to know more about it and maybe do something to help. (Comment this)
